What this website does with your details.

When you request a demo, the form sends your name, work email, firm, role, assets-under-management band, the practices you picked and your message to our sales inbox. We use them to reply and to arrange the call. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell or share your details, or load them into an advertising tool.

The email is delivered by SendGrid (Twilio), which sends it to us and keeps delivery logs under its own retention policy. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records a short log line for each request; for a demo request that line holds a reference number, your firm, role, AUM band and the practices you picked — not your name, email or message.

We keep the email for as long as it is useful for the conversation it started. Ask us to delete it at any time by writing to sales@livingenergy.io.

We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you across sites. There are no advertising pixels, no session recordings and no third-party scripts on these pages.

The form filters bots with a hidden field, a check on how quickly it was filled in, and a limit on requests per network address. The address is held in memory for ten minutes for that limit and is not stored.

Pages under /inside open with a personal link we send you. Opening the link sets one strictly necessary cookie on that part of the site only, so its pages stay open for up to 30 days. The cookie holds a reference to the invitation and to the session, and nothing about you. No cookie is set on the public pages.

When you open the link or a page in the invitation area, we record the time, the page, your browser's user-agent string, a one-way hash of your network address and the country our hosting provider reports. The person at Living Energy who invited you sees that record, so they know the invitation was used. Ask us to delete it at any time by writing to sales@livingenergy.io.
